Morning Star Center for Social Progress (MSC) is a US nonprofit organization that empowers impoverished African communities through education, healthcare, social assistance, and outreach. It is our mission to begin with those in the most need. We currently serve several communities outside of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Social Progress requires intervention in several different areas of life, therefore MSC provides many different yet related services to invigorate and inspire social progress. The programs are all run by a local indigenous team as we believe this also empowers community leaders to rise up and positively impact the lives of those around them. MSC has a medical clinic with a focus on maternity needs, a K-12 school, an orphanage serving children in need, a water well accessed by community members, a micro-finance program as well as two evangelical churches that reach out to the local community through sharing the powerful love of Jesus Christ.
